By default, it’s not on.
So follow the instructions here to make it happen.
If you get a lot of comments on posts, you’ll eventually be able to keep “sticky replies” at the top of the post.
That would keep you from having to use the same comment reply over and over.
More engagement means more newsfeed reach!
