Brian W. Piper has been doing SEO and digital content optimization since 1996 — before it had a job title. A creative-writing major who served in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry, he moved from web development into advertising, then into the content-strategy and analytics work he’s known for today. He’s now the Director of Content Strategy & Assessment at the University of Rochester, where he also chairs the Marcom AI Committee and sits on the AI Council, and the founder of AIreFlow Solutions, a consultancy for integrating AI into business responsibly and ethically.
He has built training programs for Xerox, L3Harris, IBM, and Volvo, was named one of the top higher-education marketers to follow in 2023 and 2024, and was featured over Times Square during NFTNYC.
