From Learjet Flight Decks to Flight School

Chuck Thokey grew up in the shadow of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, fell in love with aircraft, and became a Flight Test Engineer at Bombardier Learjet in Wichita, Kansas. When 9/11 grounded the aviation industry, he started over — first in mortgage sales, then climbing to a national sales-management role where he discovered the work he was built for: coaching ordinary reps into top producers.

Two decades on, Chuck is co-founder and CEO of TOP REP Sales & Leadership Training, longtime VP of Sales for American WeatherTECHS (one of Ohio’s fastest-growing exterior remodelers), an author published twice over, and one of the most-booked keynote speakers in home services. TOP REP’s flagship platform is named Flight School — because Chuck still teaches the way test engineers fly: checklists, reps, and zero guesswork.
