Install the Skill Library on your Claude
The agents from the workshop, running inside your own Claude. Pick a path by your comfort level — the first one takes 30 seconds and works on any device. The second one installs them permanently so they trigger themselves. You can't break anything.
Path 1 · Just paste it — the 30-second way
Paste the skill into any chat
Works on Free, Pro, Max — any deviceClaude or ChatGPT · phone or laptop
No settings, no install, no account type required. You become the agent's operator for that one chat.
- Open the bundle and open the skill you want — e.g. personal-brand-strategist.md. (Any text or notes app will open a .md file.)
- Select all the text and copy it.
- Start a new chat in Claude (or ChatGPT) and paste it as your first message, then add: "Follow this. Here are my details: …"
- Answer Claude's questions. You're now running the agent.
Path 2 · Install as a Skill — so it triggers itself

Free, Pro, Max, Team & EnterpriseUse a computer / browser (not the phone)
Once installed, Claude reads the skill automatically and uses it whenever your task matches — no pasting, in every future chat. This is the real "install on my Claude."
- Turn on the engine first. Go to and switch ON Code execution & file creation. (Direct link: claude.ai/settings/capabilities) Skills won't appear without this.
- Open . (Direct link: claude.ai/customize/skills)
- Click + → + Create skill → Upload a skill.
- Choose one .zip from the Ready-to-Install folder (e.g. personal-brand-strategist.zip) and upload it. Don't unzip it — upload the zip exactly as it is.
- Toggle the skill ON. Off means Claude ignores it.
- Repeat for each skill you want. One zip = one skill, so 10 skills = 10 quick uploads. (Just install the 2–3 you'll use first — see the starter set below.)
- Test it: start a chat and say "Use my personal-brand-strategist skill on me." If it runs, you're installed.
New to skills? Start with these three — the rest build on them:

Path 3 · Make it stick across every chat
Drop them into a Project or memory
Pro, Max, Team & EnterpriseBest when you want one workspace that already knows the whole method — every chat inside it starts pre-loaded.
- Create a Claude Project (e.g. "My Personal Brand").
- Add the skill .md files to the Project's knowledge / instructions.
- In Cowork, drop them in your memory/ folder instead — Claude remembers them between sessions.
- Now every chat in that project already knows the play. Combine with Path 2 for the best of both.
Then connect your systems — go from chatting to doing
These agents get powerful when they can act, not just talk. In Claude's Connectors / MCP settings, hook up your WordPress, Google Drive, Slack, calendar, and CRM so an agent can harvest your proof, draft your pages, and publish for you. Keep everything in a persistent second brain — an Obsidian vault or your Cowork memory/ files — so Claude remembers your proof, people, and projects every time.
If something looks off — quick fixes
