Everyone must qualify through High Rise Academy.
That’s the only path in.
If you haven’t gone through the program and documented real results for multiple local service businesses, you’re not ready.

Working for us is not the same as training with us; just like working at Uber HQ isn’t the same as applying to drive for Uber.

The New Standard

To get paid by HRI or LSS, you must already be a qualified architect, someone who:

  • Has completed the High Rise Academy program,
  • Has implemented the Content Factory process for real clients, and
  • Can demonstrate measurable ROI across multiple channels.

We hire people who’ve mastered it and can build upon it.

If you’re not there yet, no problem, you can apply to join the Academy (like applying to Harvard).
If accepted, you can pay your tuition, whether personally or through your parents, and start the path toward becoming a certified architect.

LSS: For Builders, Not Drivers

Local Service Spotlight is not for riders or drivers—it’s for the engineers who build Uber.

That means:

  • You understand Marketing Mechanic and can apply it.
  • You’ve proven you can build and operate a Content Factory.
  • You respect structure and escalation paths.
    (If every Uber driver emailed the engineers, the system would collapse.)

System builders operate above the day-to-day, designing the processes that drivers and riders follow.

Only about 1% of communication should ever need escalation to Level 7+ (core architects).
The other 99% should flow through the system via SOPs, just like any high-functioning organization.

The AI Apprentice Program

The AI Apprentice program is how we qualify future architects.
It’s a hands-on pathway where young adults learn to:

  • Use AI as leverage (not a crutch),
  • Build client systems that deliver measurable ROI, and
  • Communicate clearly and execute consistently.

Either way, payment ≠ qualification, you still have to earn your spot.

The Three Fastest Ways to Get Rejected

Mistake #1: Reaching Out Without Preparation

Messages like:

“Hi Sir, I need a job.”

Instant rejection.
Do your homework. Watch our videos. Read a post. Understand our mission.
Show that you’ve invested time before asking for ours.

A thoughtful 60-second video beats a 600-word résumé every time.

Mistake #2: Sloppy Communication

We’re judging clarity.

Can you write in complete sentences? Can you organize your thoughts? Can you represent clients professionally?

If your messages look like ransom notes, you’re not ready.

Mistake #3: Ignoring Directions

Every step in our hiring process is a test.
If we ask you to use a specific subject line or send a short intro video and you skip it, you’ve failed before you began.

Follow the system or you’ll never make it.
Even Costco employees don’t email the CEO directly; why should you?

How to Stand Out

Ask yourself:

— Have I engaged with HRI or LSS content?
— Have I implemented what I’ve learned?
— Can I prove my results publicly?

We don’t care how smart you say you are. We care what you’ve built.

Show documented wins.
Demonstrate you can communicate clearly.
That’s how you stand out.
