Too many cooks in the kitchen

* Auto-approval after 72 hours if the approver doesn’t respond.

Then we don’t have to go back and forth or waste time chasing while being held up.

* Batching up content/copy– send a folder once a week.

Then the approver can go through the batch in a rapid-fire machine approach, instead of trying to manage them trickling in one at a time.

More importantly, figure out who truly needs to be involved in the creative.
