On my way to have dinner with my mom.

So grateful to have a business that lets me travel with friends to meet with other friends so that we make money together.

What you don’t see is the process that allows this to happen, so that we don’t need people physically crammed into an office downtown from 9 am to 5 pm, personally supervised.

The process is to filter out the right clients, then determine what they need, not what they want.

A process to deliver execution against those particular checklist items, reliably and competently, even by young adults.

A process to recover from failures that will happen along the way, to deliver repeatable excellence.

We spend a LOT of time building, tuning, and refining these processes.

But what you typically see is just the flexing on Instagram— a distorted view of what’s happened, instead of teaching this one fundamental truth…

That freedom is only possible because we have checklists and processes in our business that free up our time and allow location independence.
