Be good to yourself today.

You have a lot on your plate— more than you can actually get done.

And there are people who want stuff from you urgently, without regard for you– separate out what is truly an emergency versus merely convenient for them.

Put your oxygen mask on first– then help the 2 or 3 tasks that you know you MUST get done today.

It’s okay to push stuff off to tomorrow or just say no– to protect your health and sanity.
