Today a friend of mine called me desperately for help.

And that person created havoc by kicking out other admins, while not responding to my friend’s messages.
Checklists are not bureaucracy— they are learnings systematized to help you prevent future pain and losses.
The beauty of checklists is that you can learn from your mistakes in advance instead of having to incur the pain yourself first.
