Because hiring young adults is painful.
The millennial/ Gen Z stereotype is largely true– but if you have a system to train and guide them, then the failures that will happen won’t cripple you.
I had a co-founder blindly steal a brand new Chevy Silverado from me and take a client (they poached him), and then ghost us– which hurt us on multiple fronts.
But with a strong process, we were able to re-assign projects, re-do our marketing materials, bring in new team members, and continue to operate.
Success in business is less about hitting home runs every day and more about minimizing the pain of mistakes.
