Save yourself some massive headaches by talking to the clients they claim to have– before you hire them.
A couple of these folks, who used to work for Content Factory, are even claiming today that they have worked on Nike, Red Bull, Ashley HomeStore, and other companies where they have never been involved.
Simply ask, “Who did you work with at Nike?”
Moral of the story– hire slow and fire fast.
