My friend Caleb Guilliams was dyslexic and short as a kid.

On stage, he forgot his lines and couldn’t read his cards.

His speech was a flop. Devastated, he ran home in tears.

And his mom said, “There are things you can’t control, like your height– laugh and don’t worry about it… And there are things you can control, like your reading. And that’s where you need to work harder than the average person.”

That was the day everything changed for him.
