Choose your partner wisely.

This week, we closed several deals as high as $100K, which have been months in the building.

And if I didn’t have trust in my business partners, I’d not have the confidence to have made it happen.

Trust your business partners, even if you’re not sure.

Because the moment that trusts erodes, it won’t matter if they’re trustworthy or not– that sneaking suspicion will grow in the back of your mind, eventually growing into behavior and consequences that you didn’t intend– and then you all lose.

Because once they’re your business partner, it’s too late to second-guess. You should have done that in the early stages. By vetting them for character, loyalty, and competency.

You’d do the same with a wife BEFORE getting married, wouldn’t you?
