Even though I’m “working” only 4 hours a day, I’m spending way too much time in front of the computer.
I spend far more time reading (should be reading more books instead of articles or documentation) and coaching (training and mentoring) than I do actually working on projects (tuning ads and analytics).
Just imagine if I tried to work 6-8 hours per day. I’d have to either sleep less (don’t buy the “HUSTLE” mentality– not sustainable), learn/train less (sacrificing long-term goals for short-run gain), or cut in physical/spiritual/personal/family.
