I know many successful people and they don’t boast of working weekends, as if the other people are lazy. They’re out enjoying life outside, with their kids, reading, and hanging out with friends.
Because they earned it and they know life is about service and enjoyment.
The folks boasting about hustling are doing it for their own self-affirmation, usually to mask their own insecurities.
If you find yourself being manipulated by guilt, just stop. But if you didn’t actually work much during the week, then nothing wrong with some catch-up on a Saturday.
The billionaires I know act exactly the opposite of the people you see talk about their lifestyle all day, dispensing flimsy self-help tips.
If you want X, then follow people who have actually accomplished X.
