That’s a good sign since it means you recognize the challenges and workload you’re carrying.

To be overconfident is dangerous– blind arrogance, Dunning-Kruger style.

I’d rather see the “check engine light” go off than smash in the screen to pretend everything is just fine.

Use pain and anxiety as a diagnostic signal– to listen to your body and mind, then make adjustments based on thoughtful prioritization, not emotional impulse.

When you’re overwhelmed like I am right now, cut back to focus on what you can immediately control– and then gradually expand back out.
