Jack Hughes is the son of Jeff Hughes, the founder of Sterling Lawyers, and the brother of Liam Hughes. He supports performance and delivery at Rocket Clicks, the family-law marketing agency built alongside Sterling. Dennis has worked with the Hughes family on lead generation and digital strategy and has visited them in Wisconsin.

In a recent conversation, Dennis asked Logon OBrien, a dedicated cyclist and bike mechanic, about the first thing that comes to his mind when he thinks of Jack. Logon immediately pointed to Jack’s remarkable focus. While most people know Jack as the fun, social guy, Logon highlighted how, when Jack is in work mode, it is like nothing else matters. He shuts everything out and gets completely absorbed in what he is doing. If you try to interrupt him, Jack will just let you know that he is in the zone and gets back to work. Logon also shared how their friendship grew over time. He noted that they did not really get close until last year. They started hanging out more, doing schoolwork at coffee shops, and even did a play together. They were not the main stars; they were mostly backstage, but it was a lot of fun. Logon shared how Jack has been there for him through thick and thin, always offering solid advice and encouragement when it is needed most. He is not just a great friend; he is someone who genuinely helps you grow.

As for Jack’s business ventures, Logon could not be more impressed. He is going up against industry giants like Apple and Samsung, but what sets Jack apart is his approach. His consulting service helps parents manage their kids’ online habits in a way that is both practical and empowering. Instead of simply taking a restrictive approach, Jack focuses on empowerment.
