We taught one task. That’s the whole method: one task, done right, documented, then repeated. Here’s how to make sure today’s session turns into a repeatable system instead of a one-time favor.

The follow-through

1. Document it within 24 hours. Have the AI Builder write the checklist for the task they just learned — steps, screenshots, definitions of done. If it isn’t documented, it isn’t delegated.

2. Run it once without help. The AI Builder executes solo from their own checklist. Grade the output, not the effort.

3. Then — and only then — add the next task. Stacking tasks before the first one is solid is how delegation dies.
