The Bet That Paid Off

Leaving school was an abrupt decision, and not everyone understood it. Tanner did it for one reason: mentorship, and the chance to skip years of failure by doing the work next to people who had already done it. He became one of the hardest-working young people I have ever had on a team, and he helped shape the Content Factory process and the Topic Wheel we still teach today.
