Marko got me to the start line
When Marko talked me into an Ironman 70.3 in Coeur d’Alene, I didn’t even own a bike. I bought one off Facebook Marketplace after we landed. That finish-line photo is one of my favorite reminders of what happens when you spend time with people who get you moving.
Marko and I have worked together in contractor marketing, and we have run races together. I’ve learned from both. In business, I’ve watched him go from starting an agency in high school to building HVAC Quote. Outside work, he’s the friend who keeps putting another race or adventure on my calendar.
One conversation becomes useful work
We’ve recorded conference conversations on a phone and used the Content Factory to turn them into videos, articles, and clips. The useful part is the material: an operator explaining a real customer problem in words another contractor recognizes.
