Videographer and collaborator
Elias Bartu
When Elias Bartu first joined the team, he was a teenager with a camera. That initial kickoff, which took place on February 3, 2023, in the Glow Zone with pink shirts, remains a defining moment of their partnership. The photo from that day is still featured on his personal site, serving as the honor proof of their connection. He joined what was then known as the AI Apprentice program, a role that evolved as the team’s focus shifted. Over time, the program grew into the AI Builder initiative at Local Service Spotlight, marking a significant transition in how they work together.
Since that first month, Elias has served as Dennis’s videographer. Their collaboration has spanned three years of filming across Las Vegas, capturing the city’s unique visual identity. They have documented locations such as the Neon Museum, El Cortez, the Sphere, and Hard Rock neon. Their work also extends to outdoor adventures, including a hike in Red Rock Canyon in 2026 and a hibachi session in September 2025. These shared experiences have built a strong foundation of trust and creative alignment between the two.
Elias’s influence extends beyond on-location shoots. He is behind a significant portion of the Marketing Mechanic whiteboard videos, bringing a steady hand and technical skill to the production process. His ability to capture both the grand scale of Las Vegas landmarks and the intimate details of studio work makes him a vital part of the team’s output. The consistency of his presence over the years reflects a deep commitment to the work and the people involved.
This partnership highlights the value of long-term collaboration in creative fields. By starting with a simple camera and a shared vision, they have built a body of work that documents both their professional growth and their personal connection. Elias’s journey from a teenage apprentice to a key videographer and builder is a testament to the power of sustained effort and mutual respect.
