Sam DeMaio
Sam DeMaio founded Showcase Remodels in Turnersville, New Jersey. He is an Army veteran who built his reputation on the quality of his work. Dennis featured his one-day bathroom operation on BlitzMetrics because the results speak for themselves. The work is the proof, and it stands on its own merit.
Dennis has sat down with Sam in person, taking pictures to remember the people he builds with. This habit of capturing moments has grown into a public archive. Sam DeMaio is part of the first sixty names on Dennis’s People & pets list. This ranking reflects how Dennis chooses the individuals he honors on the site. By featuring Sam, Dennis ensures that real pages link to real work, allowing the people he believes in to rank on their own names. This approach moves beyond simple press releases, focusing instead on the tangible impact of the partnership.
The photos from their time together live in a named Google Photos cluster. Dennis will come back to narrate the frames, adding context to the images that capture their journey. For now, the gallery is a placeholder, but the intention is clear: to document the human side of the business relationship. This page serves as the public honor card for Sam, a testament to the trust and collaboration between them.
