The argument, in six numbers
AI search is not a traffic channel.
It’s a recommendation channel.
Every number here links to its primary source. Go check them — that habit is most of what separates the people who will win this from the people buying an “AI SEO” course in the hallway.
Correlation of branded web mentions with AI Overview visibility, versus backlinks. Mentions beat links roughly 3 to 1.

The whole stack, not a teaser
This is the actual system I run my own business on — 159 personal brand sites, eight to ten agents at a time. Not a lead magnet version of it.
The 26 skills
Every AI skill I run my own business on — entity SEO, GEO audits, the Content Factory, Dollar a Day, the weekly MAA loop. One-click install into Claude.
The GEO audit agent
The one built live on stage. Point it at your domain and your name; it queries ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, reads every source they cite, and scores whether they know you versus whether they recommend you.
The AWAM26 workbook
The 30-day plan from the talk, as a working document. Every prompt, every checklist, sequenced in the order that actually compounds.
The Dollar a Day setup
Exact campaign configuration — objective, optimization, placement, targeting, creative spec. The one producing $18 booked estimates.
The entity fix-it SOP
How to stop being 13 different people in Google’s Knowledge Graph. Person schema, sameAs, Wikidata, third-party corroboration, in order.
Installs into Claude in about 60 seconds: Customize → Plugins → Add from repository → paste the repo URL → install lss-everything. It updates itself after that.
What to actually do
The next 30 days
The sequence matters more than any single tactic. Most people start at week three, and then wonder why a year of content never compounded into anything.
Audit before you build.
Ask all four engines who’s best in your niche. Write down every source they cite. That list — not a keyword report — is your target list. Most people skip this and spend a year producing content aimed at nothing.
Fix your entity.
One name, one category, one set of facts, everywhere. Kill the duplicates and the contradictions before you publish anything new. If the machines can’t tell which you is you, nothing downstream compounds.
Produce, don’t create.
One recording session. Answer the 30 questions your buyers actually ask, one minute each. Post them where the machines read — YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn — not only on the site you own.
Corroborate, then amplify.
Get three credible people to say something true about you, on the record, in public. Then put a dollar a day behind whatever already earned real engagement. Amplify proof; don’t manufacture it.

Come find me in the hallway
I’ll take the photo with you, and then that photo is a corroborating signal for both of us. That is not a joke — it is literally the mechanism.

Questions people actually ask
FAQ
What is Dennis Yu speaking about at Affiliate World Americas 2026?
The session is “Become the Brand AI Recommends” — how brand power converts into SEO rankings, LLM citations, and affiliate income. It covers why AI search is a recommendation channel rather than a traffic channel, what actually predicts whether an AI names your brand, and the four-week system for fixing it. It includes live AI demonstrations built on stage.
When and where is Affiliate World Americas 2026?
September 7–8, 2026 at the Cancun Center, Blvd. Kukulkán Km. 9, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera, Cancún, Mexico. It is the first Americas edition of Affiliate World, expecting 2,000+ attendees from 110+ countries.
Does it cost anything to get these resources?
No. There is no opt-in, no email wall, no upsell and no course. The skills install into Claude in one click from a public GitHub repository, and the workbook is a direct download.
What actually makes ChatGPT or Google’s AI recommend a brand?
Across a study of 75,000 brands, branded web mentions correlated with AI Overview visibility at 0.664, while backlinks correlated at 0.218 — roughly three to one in favor of mentions. Practically: volume of mention in the places machines read, one consistent set of facts about you everywhere, and third-party corroboration of those facts. Not budget.
What is Dollar a Day?
A system for amplifying content that has already proven itself organically. Spend $1/day for 7 days behind a piece that earned real engagement, kill the bottom 90%, then put $30 over 30 days behind the winners. It does not manufacture authority — it amplifies reality, and it exposes the gap fast if the proof isn’t there.
