Participant workbook + instructor guide

Use the participant workbook during the session and the instructor guide to prepare and lead it. Both start with Goals, Content, Targeting (GCT): what you want to achieve, the source material you have and who you want to reach. Then map the evidence gap, configure one bounded job, and inspect and improve the result.

The Authority Multiplier

The Hypergrowth digital review edition includes the five-step path, real source-to-output examples, GCT, a practical worksheet, QR access and linked teaching videos. Prepared 5 September 2026. This workshop companion is a digital review edition for feedback; the long-form master and final print release remain separate.

Run an AI implementation workshop

Prepare the room, choose evidence-backed examples for its audience, lead one clear path, use a safe fallback and inspect the result. Includes a practical teaching sequence, helper roles and a post-session improvement checklist.

For a tailored session, see the workshop format and real group examples. Send participants the preparation checklist. Models and interfaces change; the source, goal, permission boundary and acceptance test stay explicit.

Put a skill to work on one useful task. Follow the current install guide for your AI tool. Then run one bounded job, open its output and confirm the source instruction it used. The shared skill repository supplies the release. A URL can provide context; installation, account connections and schedules each need their own supported setup and checks.
The shared method

Produce → Process → Post → Promote. Plumbing first. MAA every week.

The Content Factory turns real work into useful content for the people you serve. Set up the measurement and access you need, then follow Produce → Process → Post → Promote. Use Metrics → Analysis → Action each week to decide what to improve. Each group’s edition brings its own goals and examples to this shared method.

0

Plumbing

Analytics, Search Console, conversion tracking, access. Nothing to optimize until this is real.

1

Produce

Raw proof: recordings, jobs, reviews, talks. AI does not invent the material.

2

Process

Transcript → article, clips, captions. One source, many surfaces.

3–4

Post + Promote

Publish to the hub, then Dollar a Day behind what already worked. MAA says what to do next.

How the pieces fit

Skills supply the method. Agents do the work.

Skill

A written method an AI tool can read and apply to a specific job. The method travels; access, memory, scheduling and capabilities depend on the host. See the current skill pack for the files and release.

Agent

A configured worker with a goal, approved context, useful skills, permission boundaries and a reviewable result. Recurring work also needs a supported scheduler and an observed run. Put those pieces together and verify a task result to establish the working agent.

Verify scheduled work by inspecting its actual output and run record. The same standard appears in the marketplace README and in the SOMBA member handbook (Part IV). Same idea, different cover.

The long-form master

Muzamil’s Content Factory workbook — four parts, not eight piles.

The editorial master is the Google Doc titled Master Content Factory Workbook. Muzamil drafted it. Dylan and Dennis have been working the restructure. On 19 Feb 2026 the plan was locked: take the then-319-page file from eight disjointed sections into four parts. Last Drive edit we can see: 10 Jun 2026. This page is the public spine those skins must pull from. We are not pasting 319 pages into WordPress.

Open the Drive master (access-gated). Presentation twin: Drive file 1_eezUCVmv-L_52VY8hSNYTEAbsQUuxid. Factory folder of skins: 1eGbSXJCwlFBn7GFhtkBR6lI0uLVI1Vli.

The pack

The shared skill library. Install the bundle for your host.

The current release is defined in marketplace.json. Topical bundles are selections from the same source, not extra skills to stack on top of the full bundle. Follow the current install guide for your AI product. The job map below preserves the workbook’s methods; the repository controls the live files and version.

Start with one useful result. Bring one goal and one source you have permission to use. Run the public or synthetic exercise first. Configure skills, private connections and recurring work only through the supported controls for your chosen AI product. A saved schedule is not evidence of a successful run. Preparation: dennisyu.com/workshop-prep.

Workshop editions

The method, adapted to each group.

A workshop edition changes the audience, examples, branding, QR destination and readiness instructions. It keeps the four-stage Content Factory, GCT, evidence standards, permission boundaries and MAA. Historical PDFs may show older installation instructions; use the current preparation checklist and install guide before running them.

For workshop teams

Build your group’s edition from these sources.

  • Start here. Public URL is dennisyu.com/workbook. Long-form chapters live in the Drive master. Event pages are skins.
  • Use the current release. Read marketplace.json for the files and version. Record the source revision in the workshop release; do not treat an old PDF’s skill count as an installed-state check.
  • Keep the four stages + plumbing + MAA. Rename examples, not the line.
  • Keep skills vs agents. Recipe vs coworker. Schedule vs receipt.
  • Preparation is one current checklist. dennisyu.com/workshop-prep — confirm the chosen AI product, a laptop for configuration, a specific goal and one approved proof asset. Dictation is optional. Use the public or synthetic exercise if account configuration is not ready.
  • Rooms index. dennisyu.com/ai-implementation-workshops.
