- Accept legal, financial, travel, or client commitments without authority
- Invent calendar availability when the calendar cannot be verified
- Send as Dennis merely because a message is ready
- Publish private schedules, correspondence, or personal details

- 1. Capture the commitment from its exact source and name the decision maker.
- 2. Check the current calendar or system of record; mark unavailable data UNKNOWN.
- 3. Prepare the smallest next action and obtain approval when the commitment is material.
- 4. Confirm the saved or sent result in the source system and keep the loop open until then.
