Shelby Haas: $1M months selling sales coaching on Whop

Summary. Shelby Haas sold pest control door to door at six figures a month, moved into remote high-ticket sales, and now sells sales coaching, courses, paid webinars and a private community on Whop at $1 million a month, a figure Fortune reported independently on June 14, 2026. Whop’s write-up does not name a company; she sells under her own name from Austin, Texas. If you coach salespeople and want to know what came before the big number, this is the sequence to copy.

What Shelby Haas was doing before Whop

She knocked doors. Pest control, door to door, at six figures a month, and she was the only woman on the team doing it. In her words: “Well, it kind of grew into this thing because I was like the only girl doing the pest control sales at first.”

From there she moved to remote high-ticket sales, closing for other people’s offers. Then she turned what she knew into products: information products, coaching, and a community. Whop’s write-up frames it as milestones, $10,000 a month, then $100,000 a month, then $1 million.

What changed on Whop

On Whop she sells four things. Courses hold the training. Paid webinars are live, ticketed sessions. A private subscriber channel is the community, where paying members talk to her and each other. Checkout runs all of it.

The fifth piece is Content Rewards, Whop’s program that pays people for clips and posts. The write-up lists it without detail, so I will not guess at her budget or her clipper count. Her audience, 500,000-plus followers on TikTok, is where the buyers come from, and paid clips are one way that audience keeps growing.

The write-up’s own summary of the result is the line worth keeping: “Big numbers aren’t magic. They’re the compound effect of mastering your craft, building an audience that trusts you.”

The numbers

  • $1 million in monthly revenue, with Fortune independently reporting the $1 million monthly figure on June 14, 2026.
  • Earlier milestones of $10,000 a month, then $100,000 a month.
  • Six figures a month, historically, in door-to-door pest control sales.
  • 500,000-plus TikTok followers.
  • A $5 million real estate portfolio, which is personal wealth, not business revenue.

Not stated: course prices, webinar ticket prices, member count, margins or ad spend. A $1 million month tells you nothing about profit.

What I would tell a sales coach to copy

Copy the order, not the number. Craft first: she sold at six figures a month before she taught anyone. Then audience: 500,000 people watched her do it. Then product. Most coaches launch a course at step one and wonder why nobody buys.

Your proof is your own sales record. If you coach salespeople, publish your close rates, your quotas and your deals, with names where you can get permission. Put it on one canonical page under your own name, since that is what a buyer searches. The write-up does not even give a business name; the name is the brand.

Measure before you scale. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console, with a conversion event on the paid checkout, before you spend on clippers or ads. You want to know which TikTok sends buyers, not which one gets views.

Then spend a dollar a day behind the clips that already convert. Content Rewards and Dollar-a-Day are the same idea at different prices: amplify what already works, and only that.

Home-service owners reading this: the door-to-door origin is the point. The skill that sold pest control is the skill she sells now.

Who this is not for

Whop is a checkout, community and storefront layer. It is not a CRM, a dialer or a course production studio. The base rate is 2.7% + 30¢, 20 basis points under Stripe’s 2.9% + 30¢, and optional layers (managed tax at 2%, orchestration at 0.8%, billing at 0.5%) can push the stack above Stripe; at $1 million a month, each of those layers is real money. Financing, which this story does not mention, requires $30,000 processed from 10 or more customers in 90 days and a dispute rate under 2%, and is unavailable to gambling, sports betting, trading signals, credit offers and adult categories. If you are starting with no sales record and no audience, this story is not a template; it is a sequence, and you are at step one.

If you were going to use Whop anyway

If you were going to sign up for Whop anyway, sign up through my link, dennisyu.com/go/whop, or send me your business name and email and I will submit the referral. Whop pays me a share of its profit on your account; your rate is the same 2.7% + 30¢ either way. In return my team at Local Service Spotlight sets up the AI agents that audit your public reputation, fix what they find, and keep it maintained: a personal brand analysis, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console with conversion events that actually fire, a Content Factory that turns one recording into a definitive article, clips and posts, and a weekly Metrics, Analysis, Action report. That is the work we normally charge coaching and consulting businesses for.
