Give customers a reason to choose you

Your best work should help your next customer choose you. We build a personal brand site that connects your customer stories, interviews and talks to what people can buy, book or learn from you.

One clear offer. Real proof around it.

We start with what you want someone to buy or book. Then we connect the people, stories and customer work that help the right person choose you.

  1. Your main offer: the biggest apple, linked to the page where someone takes the next step.
  2. Your plan: the outcome you want, the useful content you can share and the people it should reach.
  3. Your proof: real projects, interviews, photos and relationships that explain why your work matters.
  4. Your next move: improve the offer, publish the missing story or make a useful introduction. Check the inquiries and sales it produces.

The Money Tree shows how your work supports your offers. The connections map shows the people behind that work and who can introduce you to someone new.

See the plan for different kinds of founders

This is the foundation for each Spotlight site. The offer and audience change with the person. The standard—clear value, visible proof and a useful next step—stays the same.

Sites we’ve shipped

Start with the work: Alex on stage, Jeremy at an event, Kirt in conversation, and Carson in his element. Open each site to explore the person and the stories behind it.

The Sean Kelly case study: follower count was not the useful signal

In a 600-row Digital Social Hour sample, guest public-count size barely tracked stored episode views. The stronger product is the connected asset system around a substantive conversation, with every business outcome measured instead of assumed. What the first two paid tiers cover

Authority System Installation — $7,500 one time

A bounded implementation for the gaps documented in the signed scope: identity and namesake review, entity-home work, verified profile and sameAs reconciliation, appropriate Person/Organization/article schema, a positive-mention inventory, one flagship article and supporting assets, a fixed branded-search and AI-prompt baseline, monitoring-agent setup, and 30- and 90-day readouts.

We commit to the agreed deliverables we control. We do not guarantee a Knowledge Panel, ranking, AI citation, press placement, lead, or deal.

Authority Monitor — $99 per month

This is the automated maintenance layer: uptime, indexability and schema-drift checks, a fixed branded-search and AI-prompt snapshot, new-mention alerts, and a monthly change log. It does not include custom articles, outreach, profile edits, schema repairs, PR, meetings, or ongoing human SEO. Those require a separate scoped engagement.

Two ways to do this

Do it yourself

The entire methodology is published, free. The definitive article walks step by step through how we build a personal brand site, including the authority-hero rule and the Knowledge Panel signals. No gate, no opt-in.

Have us do it

You hand over the source material and access included in the signed scope. We install the agreed authority system, verify the live outputs, and give you dated readouts. Ongoing content, outreach, repairs, and human strategy are separate from the $99 automated monitor.

Technical details: how we build and maintain the site

Implementation details

A website is step one. The personal brand we build is the loop that surrounds it. Every component is something we run on ourselves first, document publicly, and operationalize for you:

  • Inventory. We pull every photo, video, podcast appearance, conference talk, press mention, and existing post you’ve already created. We start with material you already have and identify the strongest moments to publish.
  • Identity alignment. Your homepage subhead, About page headline, YouTube channel description, podcast guest bio, and LinkedIn headline should describe the same person and expertise. We reconcile those descriptions so each profile tells a consistent story.
  • The site itself. Built on our BlitzAdmin-managed WordPress stack with the authority-hero rule, Person + Organization schema, Search Console + Analytics wired in, clean URL structure, and the entity-claim signals Google’s KG actually reads.
  • Knowledge Panel readiness. We identify the entity Google appears to associate with your name, fix contradictions we control, connect verified profiles and sources, and help eligible people claim an existing panel. Google decides whether a panel appears.
  • Content Factory. The system that turns one filmed conversation into a YouTube video, a podcast episode, a blog post on your site, two LinkedIn posts, four Shorts, an article in our publication, and an entity citation on a high-authority domain. Done weekly, not as a one-time push.
  • Repurposing your back catalog. Every podcast you’ve been on, every talk you’ve given, every interview — re-ingested, re-titled, re-described, and pointed back at your site so the link equity compounds.
  • Contextual cross-links. We connect owned pages and legitimate editorial mentions when the relationship is real and useful to a reader. Paid commercial links carry the appropriate disclosures and link labels.
  • Reputation surface monitoring. Dated branded-search and AI-prompt checks show what changed, what is ambiguous, and which issues need a source-backed response. We do not promise to suppress results we do not control.
  • Build logs you can read. Every action we take is documented as a meta article on blitzmetrics.com. You see exactly what we did and why. No black box.
  • Ongoing. Friday fleet audits, weekly content drops, monthly Knowledge Panel checks. The work doesn’t stop at launch.

If the site is the storefront, the personal brand is everything that brings people through the door and gets them to stay. We build both.
