Speaking & AI agent workshops
Give your audience a lesson they can use
Give your audience a marketing lesson they can put to work. I teach through real business examples and hands-on AI workshops where participants build an agent. Choose a keynote or workshop, then we’ll shape it around your team, conference, or campus.
$7,500 to run a workshop, plus travel, plus materials. Typically one or two of our people fly in, depending on the scope.

Most speakers show up with slides. I show up with a live client, a laptop, and an AI agent I build in front of the room — because that’s the only way anyone actually believes AI can do the work, instead of just hearing about it.
I’ve run this on stages from Dubai to Detroit to Dallas — sometimes a fancy keynote hall, sometimes a folding table at a regional conference. Same framework every time: the Content Factory, Dollar a Day, and now, real AI agents doing real marketing work while the audience watches.
Built by industry or topic — not a canned deck
Keynote
45–60 minutes. The Content Factory and Dollar a Day, told through real client work — funeral homes, roofers, pro athletes, Fortune 500 ad budgets. Built around your audience’s industry.
AI Agent Workshop
Half-day, hands-on. We build a working AI agent live — content, ads, or client work — on a real business in the room. Audience leaves with something that runs, not just notes.
Campus / Multi-Day
For colleges and universities: a guest lecture, a multi-day intensive, or a standing partnership feeding students into the AI Builder Program apprenticeship track.
Real rooms, real audiences

No fancy stage required. Some of these are folding tables. All of them are real.
Have the organizer buy the books. Do not make attendees pay.
A discounted rate at the back of the room is fine. A signing table is better when the participants are real leads. Conferences usually pay the speaking fee and buy copies for the room. At $14.95 list and about two dollars from KDP, 500 copies is $13 times 500 on top of the fee.
Or use the books as the deal: if they buy $7,500 in books, waive the $7,500 honorarium. I think it is tacky to make attendees pay. I have gotten more speaking from the signing table than from a cash register.
The full playbook is in what I learned after 730 speeches. Photos of people holding the book: the signing-table gallery.
Bring this to your conference or campus
Tell us your audience, your industry, and your format. We’ll build the talk or workshop around it — not the other way around.
