FOR FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, SPEAKERS, AND PROFESSIONALS
Your personal brand isn’t a website.
It’s whether Google, ChatGPT, and your future clients can find you, recognize you, and trust you when they search your name.
Anyone can spin up a website with AI in an hour. The hard part — the part that’s worth paying for — is everything that turns a website into authority: a Knowledge Panel Google trusts, content that compounds across YouTube and LinkedIn and your podcast appearances, a name that shows up the way you want it to when someone searches you before a meeting, a deal, or a hire.
That’s what we build. The website is component one of about ten.
See it on me first.
The site you’re on right now — dennisyu.com — is the demo. Every component of the system we’d build for you, I run on myself first: a tracked speaking agenda across 750+ conferences, a deduped podcast appearances inventory, a mentions page that surfaces what people actually say about me, an advisory portfolio, and twelve topical Complete Guide by Dennis Yu pages that anchor my expertise in Google’s eyes. I practice what we preach. If the system didn’t work on me, you wouldn’t be reading this.
Sites we’ve shipped
Every one of these leads with a real authority image — speaking on a named stage, shoulder-to-shoulder with someone the audience already trusts, or doing the unmistakable work of the niche. That’s the rule we hold every personal brand site to.

What “the whole process” actually is
A website is step one. The personal brand we build is the loop that surrounds it. Every component is something we run on ourselves first, document publicly, and operationalize for you:
- Inventory. We pull every photo, video, podcast appearance, conference talk, press mention, and existing post you’ve already created. Most clients are sitting on 100x more authority assets than they’re using.
- Identity alignment. Your homepage subhead, About page headline, YouTube channel description, podcast guest bio, and LinkedIn headline all have to say the same thing. When they drift, Google’s Knowledge Graph won’t lock your panel. We align them.
- The site itself. Built on our BlitzAdmin-managed WordPress stack with the authority-hero rule, Person + Organization schema, Search Console + Analytics wired in, clean URL structure, and the entity-claim signals Google’s KG actually reads.
- Knowledge Panel work. Claiming, linking, and feeding the entities Google attaches to your name — the social profiles, the public-figure profile, the Wikipedia-adjacent surfaces, the structured data on every page.
- Content Factory. The system that turns one filmed conversation into a YouTube video, a podcast episode, a blog post on your site, two LinkedIn posts, four Shorts, an article in our publication, and an entity citation on a high-authority domain. Done weekly, not as a one-time push.
- Repurposing your back catalog. Every podcast you’ve been on, every talk you’ve given, every interview — re-ingested, re-titled, re-described, and pointed back at your site so the link equity compounds.
- Cross-linking from authority domains. We give clients author/contributor roles on blitzmetrics.com, dennisyu.com, and our partner publications, so your name picks up backlinks from places Google already trusts.
- Reputation surface monitoring. Branded-search audits to catch the things you don’t want showing up first when someone Googles your name — and the path to push them down.
- Build logs you can read. Every action we take is documented as a meta article on blitzmetrics.com. You see exactly what we did and why. No black box.
- Ongoing. Friday fleet audits, weekly content drops, monthly Knowledge Panel checks. The work doesn’t stop at launch.
If the site is the storefront, the personal brand is everything that brings people through the door and gets them to stay. We build both.
