Not long ago, George Paladichuk and I spent a day with the founder of the largest fencing company in the United States — a business that crossed a billion dollars in sales. We learned everything we could, then turned around and started passing it on to home-services owners. That is the rhythm of working with George, and it is why I want to honor him.
Building Before His Peers Graduate
George is 22 and still studying at the University of Colorado Boulder, and he has already built and sold a seven-figure agency. He founded Gutterwise Marketing, grew it for six years, and sold it in 2025. Now he runs NaiL A.I., an AI phone agent that answers missed calls for roofing companies — over 100 clients already.
Why I Honor George
George understands the one thing I wish more people did: the biggest thing you can leverage in business is the people you know — or the people you do not know yet, but could. He restarted his podcast by cold-reaching ten of the biggest names in roofing and landing eight of them. That is honoring others first, and it is the heart of the AI Builder Program and the Content Factory.
Thank You, George
I want to be transparent: I am an advisor and investor in George’s company, and I tell you that because honesty is the whole point of how we do marketing. He earned that backing by doing the work before anyone was watching. Thank you for proving that founder mentality has no minimum age. Follow him at georgepaladichuk.com.
