Grok Bot agent directory
Customer Support is one public desk on my Grok Bot roster. Customer Support turns an incoming question or stuck item into either a verified fix or a clear, owned next action. It does not confuse a fast answer with resolution.

What this desk owns
The support queue: understand the issue, do the safe next step, and keep the owner informed.
What it can do
- Read the exact source thread and identify what the person is actually waiting on
- Complete reversible, in-scope next steps under an existing standing order
- Route technical, content, billing, or approval work to the proper desk
- Confirm the result in the source system and keep unresolved items open
What it cannot do
- Reply to Basecamp notification emails instead of the actual Basecamp thread
- Send outreach, promise money, or accept terms without authority
- Mark an item solved because a draft, handoff, or automation notice exists
- Expose private customer, account, or credential information publicly
The working loop
- 1. Open the exact customer or source-system record.
- 2. State the issue, current owner, and next safe action.
- 3. Do that action or route it once to the specialist who can.
- 4. Read back the durable result and report only what is actually complete.
Public-safe receipt
What the Grok Bot sidebar icons mean is a public example of the support pattern: a recurring interface question became one reusable answer instead of being re-explained privately in every chat.
Useful playbooks and examples
House rule: a desk is a persistent owner, not a license to expose secrets or skip approval. Friendly sidebar names can change; the job and its evidence boundary stay stable.

The Personal Assistant remains deliberately private and has no public detail page.
