Summary. Monetise is Iman Gadzhi’s coaching product on Whop, which Whop’s write-up describes as a $10M digital product with 6,000-plus members. The write-up is a teardown of how it is built: a 6-chapter, 33-lesson course, 8 one-hour coaching calls a week, chat, forums, livestreams and a bounty ladder, sold as one membership. If you sell a course, the stacked structure is the part to copy, scaled to your size.
What Monetise was doing before Whop
Whop’s write-up does not say. It is a product teardown, not a before-and-after, and it does not state what Iman used before Whop, when Monetise moved there, or where the business is based.
What it does establish is the premise, in its own words: “Iman understands people want transformation, and the best way to deliver a transformation isn’t through checklists and templates (boring).”
What changed on Whop
Monetise stacks Whop apps into one membership. Courses hold the curriculum, Events and Livestreams carry the coaching calls, Chat and Forums carry the members, Website Embed puts it on his own site, and Bounties pay members for hitting milestones.
The curriculum is 6 chapters and 33 lessons. Coaching runs at 8 one-hour calls per week. Automated messages handle the onboarding and reminders.
The bounty ladder, as the write-up lays it out: $5 for a member’s first sale, $100 at $10K in sales, and personal coaching once a member passes a $15K revenue guarantee threshold. On top sits Monetise Mania, a $250K prize pool.
Whop’s case for the bundle: “Bundling digital products also means you can reach different learning styles, increase retention with community and accountability, and justify higher prices with a stacked value offer.”
The numbers
$10M digital product, per Whop; the write-up does not state the period that covers. 6,000-plus members. 6 chapters, 33 lessons, 8 one-hour calls per week. A $250K prize pool. Bounties of $5 and $100, and a $15K threshold for personal coaching.
Whop’s page of 35 real whops lists Iman Gadzhi’s Make Money Online Whop at $100M-plus in sales. The write-up does not state the price of Monetise, its churn, or its member results. None of the figures are audited.
What I would tell a coach or consultant to copy
Copy the ladder, not the prize pool. $5 for a first sale and $100 at $10K are small amounts that make members report results, and reported results are the proof your next buyer wants. Scale the amounts to your price point and skip the $250K until you have 6,000 members.
Gate the expensive part. Personal coaching behind a $15K threshold means the calls go to people who did the work. Most coaches give their scarcest hour to whoever asks loudest.
Put the whole thing on your own domain with the embed, and measure it there: Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console, with a conversion event on the join. Whop’s marketplace traffic is a bonus, not a strategy.
One canonical page for the program, with the curriculum, the call schedule, and named member results as they come in through the bounties. Then Dollar-a-Day behind the livestream clips that already get watched.
Who this is not for
Whop is a checkout, financing, affiliate and storefront layer, not an accounting or field-service app, and stacking six apps does not make a weak course strong. The base rate is 2.7% + 30¢, 20 basis points under Stripe’s 2.9% + 30¢; the optional layers, managed tax at 2%, orchestration at 0.8% and billing at 0.5%, can push the stack above Stripe. Financing requires $30,000 processed from 10 or more customers in 90 days and a dispute rate under 2%, and is unavailable to gambling, sports betting, trading signals, credit offers and adult categories; this story does not involve financing.
If you were going to use Whop anyway
If you were going to sign up for Whop anyway, sign up through my link, dennisyu.com/go/whop, or send me your business name and email and I will submit the referral. Whop pays me a share of its profit on your account; your rate is the same 2.7% + 30¢ either way. In return my team at Local Service Spotlight sets up the AI agents that audit your public reputation, fix what they find, and keep it maintained: a personal brand analysis, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager and Search Console with conversion events that actually fire, a Content Factory that turns one recording into a definitive article, clips and posts, and a weekly Metrics, Analysis, Action report. That is the work we normally charge coaching and consulting businesses for.
