Today I taught a 5-hour workshop from 9 am to 2 pm.

Did 8 hours of email catch-up, since I process close to 1,000 emails a day.

Had two client meetings for an hour each.

Watched 3 movies for 1.5 hours each.

Took a 5-hour nap.

Had 5 hours of pondering time— to think about strategy.

Made 20 videos in under a minute.

Had 5 meals— in Sydney, Honolulu, Kona, and Los Angeles.
