Training + Documentation: what this Grok desk can and cannot do

Training + Documentation is one named desk on my Grok Bot roster. It owns the update loop: live work becomes a receipt, the receipt becomes a skill or an article, the next run loads it. Repeatable jobs are skills plus routines. Publishing is the department. This page is the can/can’t plus public-safe receipts.

Back to the hub roster on this site. A desk page only ships when it has can/can’t plus a receipt. Personal Assistant stays unpublished.

What this Grok desk can and cannot do

What it can do

  • Turn Zoom, video, and live work into public master versions: skills, SOPs, articles, agent training
  • Publish those docs on this hub as Dennis, then iterate
  • Append dated public-safe receipts to a desk page that already has can/can’t
  • Point each desk at the 4 to 8 live Task Library skills it actually runs
  • Skin the same method across a vertical, a client site, or a figurehead

What it cannot do

  • Send email, spend money, delete, change permissions, or change production infrastructure without a yes
  • Put secrets, host IDs, account numbers, or passwords on a public page
  • Invent a desk page with no can/can’t and no receipt
  • Publish the Personal Assistant desk
  • Dump the whole Task Library into a bio

House rule: documentation on this hub ships by default and we iterate. Still stop for a yes before sending email, spending money, deleting, changing permissions, or changing production infrastructure. Training + Documentation publishes the playbook. IT Support still cannot publish articles or post as Dennis.

Receipts

Receipt · 20 August 2026

20 August 2026. Published how skills propagate from real work to every agent as Dennis. Clickable eight-box map. Counts named by source (Task Library vs plugin vs GitHub folders). The older Custom-GPT write-up stays as a leaf. Linked from the hub roster.

This desk can turn a live loop into a public article. It cannot treat a GitHub merge as Installed, and it does not publish client revenue.

Receipt · 20 August 2026

20 August 2026. Appended the Wayback ownership-proof receipt to the IT Support desk page. dennisyu.com/waybackverify.txt is live (200, text/plain). WordPress REST cannot write a file at web root. No host IDs on that page.

This desk can put a public-safe IT receipt on that desk page. It cannot invent a vault entry, and it does not publish the Archive.org ticket body here.

Receipt · 26 August 2026

26 August 2026. Rewrote boil-the-ocean so completeness is coverage, not model tier; model-judgment picks the engine. Landscape block is a weekly rewrite, not an Aug 1 leftover. Synced the skill-packs table dates to the live skill pages. Saved dates-follow-work as the rule: dates move when the work is documented.

This desk can restamp a leftover heading after real work ships. It cannot sweep dates across the library as the job, and it does not put account numbers or host IDs on skill pages.

Receipt · 26 August 2026

26 August 2026. On build-agents, the face byline is last ship (August 26); June 10 stays datePublished in schema only. Dropped the leftover Aug 1 refresh line. Added the conference path: green “Already in the room?” box with QR, then the learn path to /start. Same last-updated byline pattern on other living BlitzMetrics training posts that still showed publish dates.

This desk can make a living page look current without moving the original publish date. It cannot hide the byline, and it does not weekly-restamp when nothing shipped.

Receipt · 28 August 2026

28 August 2026. Friday Client MAA fleet posted 17 client-visible weekly updates and verified each on the client thread. Harris skipped. Ads week was marked unavailable where there was no export. No bid or budget changes. No Jeffry announcement. The Dennis summary stayed a draft.

This desk can turn a scheduled fleet run into a public receipt. It cannot invent missing ad numbers, and it does not publish client revenue.

Receipt · 29 August 2026

29 August 2026. Saturday MAA catch-up verified every eligible Friday client update for the week ending 8/28. All 17 covered on the live client threads. Zero catch-up posts. Harris skipped. No bid or budget changes. No Jeffry announcement. Superior Fence’s Friday post was on the archived Continuation; next Friday uses Continuation-2.

This desk can turn a scheduled safety-net run into a public receipt when nothing needed posting. It cannot invent a gap that on-page verify already closed, and it does not publish client revenue.

Receipt · 31 August 2026

31 August 2026. Synced the public Positive Mentions Harvester page to the GitHub PR #24 canonical body (Who / Where / What 30-point). Live at localservicespotlight.com/skills-positive-mentions-harvester/ (skill-file byline last updated Aug 31, 2026). Skill-packs table row date set to Aug 31. post_date stayed 2026-08-02. Author unchanged.

This desk can restamp a skill page after real work ships. It cannot date-paint because Monday happened, and it does not put private inventory URLs on the public page.

Receipt · 3 September 2026

3 September 2026. Standing rule from Dennis: Q owns Thursday Office Hours Facebook posts. Text summary only to the public group Digital Marketing with Dennis Yu (dennispk) — never the recording or passcode there. Zoom recording, share link, and passcode go only to the private client group Office Hours with Dennis Yu. Check for an existing same-week post before posting. Ops humans and other agents do not duplicate those two posts. Local skill: Thursday Office Hours FB posts. Linked examples this week: public summary; client recording. Source note: 2026-09-03 both FB posts. Routine thursday-office-hours-fb-summary already updated.

This desk can document the ownership split and keep training aligned. It cannot post those Facebook updates for Q, and it does not put Zoom passcodes on public pages beyond naming the rule.

Receipt · 4 September 2026

4 September 2026. Friday Client MAA fleet posted 16 client-visible Basecamp MAAs and verified them on-page (MAA: 9/4/2026 plus Agent receipt). Skipped Plumbing Pros PA (Not Active) and Harris (paused). Fix Door Cont-3 archived mid-run and continued on Cont-4. Phase B: no fresh Ads exports; no bid/budget changes; Jeffry not emailed. Dennis draft-only Gmail held unsent. Note: 2026-09-04 Friday Client MAA fleet.

This desk can turn the fleet run into a public-safe training receipt. It cannot post client MAAs from this page, and it does not put private Basecamp threads or spend actions here.

Receipt · 4 September 2026

4 September 2026. Standing house rule from Dennis: agents own follow-up. After any outbound that needs a human reply, label Awaiting Reply, archive, and chase yourself after 2 weekdays (2 business days) by default — not 3. Dennis is never the chase layer and does not use Basecamp or Boomerang to babysit replies. Local skills aligned: Follow-up if no reply (already 2 weekdays) and Inbox support desk (was 3; now 2). Runtime chase: routine weekday-follow-up-restore. Shared user memory holds the house rule. Example path: the same Awaiting Reply restore used on weekday inbox sweeps.

This desk can keep training and inbox skills on the 2-weekday chase. It cannot make Dennis Boomerang a thread, and it does not dump unanswered loops back into his inbox.

Receipt · 5 September 2026

5 September 2026. Saturday MAA catch-up verified every eligible Friday client update for the week ending 9/4. All 16 Continuations already had MAA: 9/4/2026 on-page. Zero catch-up posts. Plumbing Pros PA skipped (Not Active); Harris skipped (paused). No bid or budget changes. No Jeffry announcement. Note: 2026-09-05 Saturday MAA catch-up.

This desk can turn a scheduled safety-net run into a public receipt when nothing needed posting. It cannot invent a gap that on-page verify already closed, and it does not publish client revenue.

Receipt · 6 September 2026

6 September 2026. Incident: Claude Cowork scheduled Web Function / LSS fleet migration Gmail-replied to notifications@app.basecamp.com on Wave 1 (bounce). Locked BASECAMP DELIVERY RAIL into skill never-reply-to-basecamp-email, Web Function operate skill, Mac Documents/Claude/Scheduled/_fleet/BASECAMP-DELIVERY-RAIL.md, 15 sibling fleet Scheduled skills, and new standing prompt folder web-function-lss-fleet-migration. Rule: never Reply/Reply All/compose to notifications@; comment in Basecamp browser/CLI only. Tanner salvaged the bounce as Basecamp comment #__recording_10277387924 on parent todolist 10199005707. Wave updates must hit the parent todolist/message id (Comment recordings 403). Claude cloud schedule UI may still need the same block pasted into the live Cowork prompt if that schedule is cloud-only.

This desk can lock the rule into skills and on-disk Scheduled prompts. It cannot silently edit a Claude cloud schedule that has no on-disk prompt file, and it does not ask Dennis to paste.

Receipt · 7 September 2026

7 September 2026. Monday documentation process check synced localservicespotlight.com/skills-positive-mentions-harvester/ (WP page 73620) to GitHub PR #46 unique body. Visible stamp moved Aug 31 → Sep 6, 2026. Only the skill-packs (72143) positive-mentions-harvester row moved to Sep 6. post_date stayed 2026-08-02; author unchanged. boil-the-ocean Model landscape left Aug 26. Note: 2026-09-07 doc process check.

This desk can restamp a skill page after real work ships. It cannot date-paint the whole library because Monday happened, and it does not put private inventory URLs on the public page.

Receipt · 7 September 2026

7 September 2026. Closed Claude’s weekly canonical skill audit on Local Service Spotlight. Dropped two fake Live 404s (/skills-always-reply/, /skills-overnight-content-worker/) from asset-tracker. Locked Task Library public canon to blitzmetrics.com/task-library-dashboard/. Pointed model-judgment and which-ai-for-what at /skills-model-judgment/. Added greatest-hits-on-wheel-and-tree to asset-tracker. Skill-packs dates already matched (zero date-paint). Note: 2026-09-07 skill-audit fixes.

This desk can close a skill-audit by fixing live link and canon drift. It cannot invent missing skill pages without a SKILL.md, and it does not date-paint.

Receipt · 8 September 2026

8 September 2026. Mirrored Dennis’s agents-first reassignment house rule into Training skills: when work leaves an unavailable or non-delivering human, agents handle first; humans only if no agent/SOP path. Nearly everything has an SOP. Applies across Grok Bot, Cursor, Codex, Claude, Kimi, and local Qwen. Skill: agents-first-reassignment. Also updated how-i-use-grok-bot and follow-up-if-no-reply.

This desk can lock a house rule into shared skills so every runtime loads it. It cannot reassign live Basecamp tasks from this receipt alone, and it does not name client revenue.

Receipt · 8 September 2026

8 September 2026. Standing rule from live Cancun / Adam Pivko leave-behind: every public QR and event landing must be live-tested anonymously before print or stage. AWAM26 stage QR decoded to dennisyu.com/AffiliateWorld (anonymous 200). Adam’s Cloudflare Access screenshot was not that URL. Removed the dead AW speaker CTA affiliateworldconferences.com/americas/dennis25 (404) from WP page 37691 and pointed it at /americas. Skill: test-event-qr-landings.

This desk can lock a leave-behind QA rule into a shared skill after a live miss. It cannot treat a logged-in browser as anonymous proof, and it does not put Zero Trust gates on attendee URLs.

Agent receipt: Grok Bot — Alex [model UNKNOWN] · action: published · human review: authorized, not separately reviewed

Receipt · 11 September 2026

11 September 2026. Friday Client MAA fleet posted 13 client-visible Basecamp MAAs and verified them on-page (MAA: 9/11/2026 plus Agent receipt). Verified Rowan, DeMedeiros, and Superior already covered on-thread. Skipped Plumbing Pros PA (Not Active) and Harris (paused). Phase B: no fresh Ads weekly exports; no bid or budget changes; Jeffry not emailed. Dennis draft-only Gmail held unsent. Note: 2026-09-11 Friday Client MAA fleet.

This desk can turn the fleet run into a public-safe training receipt. It cannot post client MAAs from this page, and it does not put private Basecamp threads or spend actions here.

Training Receipt · 11 September 2026

11 September 2026. Paused Grokipedia step 6b (Suggest-Article) for clients until the submit queue thaws — keep scoring, harden proof, monitor LIVE pages only. Public guidance updated on Grokipedia Authority and How to create and manage Grokipedia pages for clients. Grok workflow skill updated; canonical GitHub skill patch queued.

This desk can pause a documented method step when the upstream queue is frozen. It cannot thaw Grokipedia’s submit queue.
